- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify key customer segments and develop targeted and personalized messaging and experiences for each segment.
- Lead and mentor a team of lifecycle marketing professionals to drive innovation and excellence in their work.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Develop and manage the customer lifecycle marketing budget.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing and apply them to Hearst Corporation's strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for the importance of customer lifecycle marketing within the company.
At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Marketing, With A Focus On Lifecycle Marketing And Customer Retention Strategies.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision-Making And Measure The Success Of Marketing Campaigns.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns Across Multiple Channels, Including Email, Social Media, And Direct Mail.
In-Depth Understanding Of Customer Segmentation And The Ability To Develop Targeted Messaging And Offers To Different Customer Segments.
