As the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our customer lifecycle strategy across our diverse portfolio of media brands.   1. Develop and lead the overall customer lifecycle marketing strategy for Hearst Corporation's diverse portfolio of media brands.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including marketing, editorial, product, and data teams, to ensure alignment and execution of the customer lifecycle strategy.
  3. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to identify key customer segments and develop targeted and personalized messaging and experiences for each segment.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of lifecycle marketing professionals to drive innovation and excellence in their work.
  6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  7. Develop and manage the customer lifecycle marketing budget.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing and apply them to Hearst Corporation's strategy.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
  10. Act as a thought leader and advocate for the importance of customer lifecycle marketing within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Marketing, With A Focus On Lifecycle Marketing And Customer Retention Strategies.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision-Making And Measure The Success Of Marketing Campaigns.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns Across Multiple Channels, Including Email, Social Media, And Direct Mail.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Customer Segmentation And The Ability To Develop Targeted Messaging And Offers To Different Customer Segments.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product, Sales, And Analytics, To Achieve Common Goals And Drive Revenue Growth.
