  2. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and target new audiences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  5. Develop and manage budgets for growth marketing initiatives.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate growth marketing strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support growth initiatives.
  9. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts and support revenue growth.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to company leadership, providing insights and recommendations for future growth opportunities.
  11. Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing.
  12. Ensure all marketing efforts are in compliance with company brand guidelines and standards.
  13. Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to drive growth and expand company reach.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the customer journey, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions.
