  1. Develop and drive the overall strategy and vision for DevOps and SRE within the organization.
  2. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of DevOps and SRE professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  3. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of highly scalable and reliable systems, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, automation, and efficiencies to enhance the overall reliability and efficiency of our systems.
  5. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in DevOps and SRE, and utilize this knowledge to drive innovation and improve processes within the organization.
  6. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the team and systems, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve performance.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely resolution of any technical issues and to stay ahead of industry trends and advancements.
  8. Work closely with other technology leaders to align DevOps and SRE strategies with the overall technology roadmap and business objectives.
  9. Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to the team to resolve them in a timely manner.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, encouraging team members to take ownership and responsibility for their work and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Leading And Managing Devops And Site Reliability Engineering (Sre) Teams, With A Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery And Implementation Of Best Practices.

  • Proven Expertise In Cloud Computing Platforms, Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud, And Ability To Design, Implement, And Maintain Highly Available And Scalable Infrastructure.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies, And Ability To Collaborate With Development Teams To Streamline Code Deployment And Automate Processes.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Monitoring And Logging Tools, Such As Splunk, Datadog, Or New Relic, And Ability To Use Data-Driven Insights For Continuous Improvement Of System Reliability And Performance.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Audiences.
