- Collaborate with the Art Director and editorial team to develop creative concepts and visual direction for Elle magazine
- Assist in the management and development of the art team, providing guidance and support to foster a cohesive and efficient work environment
- Create and oversee the production of high-quality, visually appealing layouts and designs for print and digital platforms
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to ensure the magazine's aesthetic remains fresh and relevant
- Work closely with photographers, stylists, and other creatives to produce visually stunning photoshoots and layouts
- Collaborate with the marketing and advertising teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication of the magazine's visual identity
- Attend fashion shows and events to gather inspiration and maintain relationships with industry professionals
- Manage and adhere to strict timelines and budgets for each issue, ensuring all design elements are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide feedback and guidance to freelance designers and interns to ensure high-quality work and professional development
- Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude while working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Art, Graphic Design, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Fashion Or Lifestyle Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And Current Trends In Print And Digital Media.
Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Design Software.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
