The Compliance Specialist must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.This position requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and identify potential compliance risks. The Compliance Specialist must be able to work independently and as part of a team and must be willing to take initiative and assume responsibility for assigned duties. Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices.
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend solutions.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues.
- Develop and update corporate compliance policies and procedures.
- Participate in periodic internal and external audits.
- Assist in the implementation of corporate compliance programs.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance issues.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Monitor changes in the legal and regulatory environment and assess potential impact on the organization.
- Perform periodic reviews of compliance processes and procedures.
