3. Investigate and resolve compliance issues.

5. Participate in periodic internal and external audits.

7. Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance issues.
8. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
9. Monitor changes in the legal and regulatory environment and assess potential impact on the organization.
10. Perform periodic reviews of compliance processes and procedures.
