- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and drive growth for our fashion and luxury brands.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and editorial to align strategies and maximize results.
- Manage partnerships and negotiate deals with e-commerce platforms and other relevant partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify key metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Create and manage budgets for e-commerce initiatives and partnerships.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, including inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
- Work with the editorial team to ensure that all e-commerce content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track success and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a smooth and efficient e-commerce experience for customers.
- Train and manage a team of e-commerce specialists to support the overall goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices in e-commerce and incorporate them into strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build partnerships.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In The Fashion And Luxury Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Success.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends And Luxury Market Dynamics.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High-End Clients.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With A Focus On Driving Sales And Achieving Business Goals.
