  1. Manage client financial accounts: The primary responsibility of the Client Finance Manager is to oversee and manage the financial accounts of our clients. This includes tracking payments, managing budgets, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  2. Ensure client satisfaction: The Client Finance Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This includes addressing any financial concerns or issues they may have and providing excellent customer service.
  3. Develop and maintain financial processes: The Client Finance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing financial processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency. This may include creating budgets, forecasting financials, and developing financial reporting procedures.
  4. Monitor financial performance: The Client Finance Manager will be responsible for monitoring the financial performance of our clients' accounts and providing regular updates to management. This includes analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams: The Client Finance Manager will work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless and efficient financial process for our clients. This may involve coordinating with these teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate billing.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: The Client Finance Manager will be responsible for staying informed on industry trends and best practices in client finance management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations: The Client Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all financial processes and procedures are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This includes staying updated on any changes to financial regulations and implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.
  8. Train and mentor team members: The Client Finance Manager may be responsible for training and mentoring other team members in financial processes and procedures. This includes providing guidance and support to junior team members and helping to develop their skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
