As the Technical Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our broadcast productions.   1. Oversee and manage the technical aspects of broadcast productions, including live and pre-recorded programs, commercials, and other on-air content.
  2. Operate and maintain all necessary equipment, including cameras, audio and video switchers, graphics systems, and other technical components.
  3. Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure the quality and accuracy of all on-air content.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during live broadcasts or pre-production.
  5. Coordinate with external vendors and technicians to ensure the proper setup and functionality of equipment.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest broadcasting technologies and equipment, and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements as needed.
  7. Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures for all broadcast equipment and systems.
  8. Train and supervise junior technical staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to assist with broadcast productions.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company and its values in all interactions with colleagues and external partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Technical Director In A Television Broadcast Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Broadcast Production Equipment, Including Switchers, Cameras, And Audio Equipment.

  • Proficiency In Live Production, Including Directing Live Shows And Events.

  • Strong Technical Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Ability To Work Under Pressure And Meet Tight Deadlines In A Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Broadcast Environment.
