  1. Set up and maintain audio visual equipment for events and productions across various brands within the Hearst Corporation portfolio.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure successful events and productions.
  3. Collaborate with event and production teams to understand their audio visual needs and provide expert guidance on technical requirements.
  4. Proactively monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in audio visual technology to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall experience for our audiences.
  6. Assist in the planning and execution of complex AV setups for large-scale events and productions.
  7. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on AV setup and troubleshoot any technical challenges.
  8. Train and support event and production teams on the proper use of audio visual equipment.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients and colleagues.
  10. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the proper handling and storage of audio visual equipment.
  11. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering new equipment as needed.
  12. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of AV systems with other technology platforms.
  13. Maintain accurate documentation of AV setups, equipment usage, and troubleshooting procedures.
  14. Provide on-site support during events and productions, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance the overall AV experience, and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Audio Visual Equipment: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working With Various Audio Visual Equipment, Including But Not Limited To Microphones, Speakers, Projectors, And Video Cameras.
