- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making for various brands and publications within Hearst Corporation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key areas of focus and develop data-driven strategies.
- Utilize various data sources and tools to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate key performance metrics.
- Identify trends and patterns in consumer behavior to provide actionable insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in audience and consumer behavior analysis.
- Work independently and proactively to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular quality checks.
- Participate in the development and implementation of data collection methods and technologies.
- Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives based on data insights.
- Assist in ad-hoc data analysis and special projects as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Market Research, Data Analysis, Or Audience Insights.
Proficiency In Using Analytical Tools Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Or Similar Platforms.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Audience Segmentation Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Convey Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
