  1. Develop and produce high-quality motion graphics and animation content for various projects and brands within the company.
  2. Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and conceptualize visual ideas and bring them to life through motion graphics.
  3. Utilize strong design skills and knowledge of industry trends to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  4. Ensure that all motion graphics and animation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet project requirements.
  5. Continuously research and implement new techniques and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of motion graphics production.
  6. Work closely with project managers to understand project objectives and provide regular updates on progress.
  7. Communicate and present ideas effectively to team members and stakeholders.
  8. Maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines and ensure that all visual content aligns with the company's brand identity.
  9. Collaborate with other designers and animators to share knowledge and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  10. Keep up to date with emerging trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation and share knowledge with the team.
