- Create and manage email campaigns that effectively engage and retain customers across multiple brands and platforms.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify key insights and trends to inform email marketing strategies and optimize performance.

- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to execute email marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for email marketing strategies.
- Manage email marketing budget and make strategic decisions to maximize return on investment.
- Stay informed of email marketing laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Provide regular reports and updates on email marketing performance to senior management.
- Mentor and train junior team members and provide guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Email And Lifecycle Marketing, Preferably In The Media Or Publishing Industry
Strong Understanding Of Email Marketing Best Practices, Including Segmentation, Personalization, And A/B Testing
Experience With Marketing Automation Platforms, Such As Salesforce Marketing Cloud Or Adobe Campaign
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Email And Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns That Drive Engagement And Revenue.
