  1. Develop and implement email marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Create and manage email campaigns that effectively engage and retain customers across multiple brands and platforms.
  3. Utilize data and analytics to identify key insights and trends to inform email marketing strategies and optimize performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, designers, and data analysts, to ensure cohesive and effective email campaigns.
  5. Monitor and analyze email metrics to measure campaign success and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve email marketing efforts.
  7. Develop and maintain email marketing calendars and schedules, ensuring timely and relevant communication with customers.
  8. Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.
  9. Conduct A/B testing and utilize results to inform and optimize future campaigns.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to execute email marketing initiatives.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for email marketing strategies.
  12. Manage email marketing budget and make strategic decisions to maximize return on investment.
  13. Stay informed of email marketing laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates on email marketing performance to senior management.
  15. Mentor and train junior team members and provide guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Email And Lifecycle Marketing, Preferably In The Media Or Publishing Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Email Marketing Best Practices, Including Segmentation, Personalization, And A/B Testing

  • Experience With Marketing Automation Platforms, Such As Salesforce Marketing Cloud Or Adobe Campaign

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Email And Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns That Drive Engagement And Revenue.
