- Support the District Manager in managing the distribution of publications in the designated district.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of publications to customers.
- Monitor and track distribution routes and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency.
- Communicate with distribution team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular audits of distribution routes and address any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in training and onboarding new distribution team members.
- Maintain up-to-date records of distribution data and report on performance to the District Manager.
- Provide excellent customer service to address any concerns or inquiries from customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and make suggestions for improving distribution processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and successful distribution strategy.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Continuously strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness in distribution processes.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Hearst Corporation and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the District Manager.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales Management Or Related Field
