Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers and who is committed to delivering top-notch customer service.The ideal candidate for this role should possess exceptional communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to think creatively and solve problems. This person should also have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations and be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders.We are looking for someone who is a team player and has experience working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should also have the ability to effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  2. Proactively identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet customer expectations.
  3. Monitor customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Track and report on customer feedback and develop strategies to address customer concerns.
  5. Establish and manage customer accounts, including order processing and billing.
  6. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requests are met.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations to track customer satisfaction and account performance.
  10. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Hearst Corporation products and services.
