- Utilize a diverse portfolio of clients to identify potential leads and expand business opportunities.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, and production to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of sales and client interactions in CRM software.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on campaign progress and address any concerns or issues.
- Represent Hearst Corporation in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Embrace and promote a culture of innovation and growth within the sales team and the company as a whole.
- Continuously develop and enhance sales skills through training and self-directed learning.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Media Or Publishing Industry.
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Information To Clients And Internal Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Long-Lasting Client Relationships.
Knowledge Of Digital Advertising And Marketing Trends, As Well As Experience With Crm Software And Sales Analytics Tools.
