Compliance Analyst
Supports CAP related activities in gathering evidence of compliance and completes evidentiary review forms prior to closing out. Maintains confidentiality of all information related to members, medical staff, employees, integrity issues, audits and as appropriate, other information. Follows established and newly implemented changes in departmental policy as well as Federal and State government requirements. Performs operational monitoring and testing to identify and help address areas of noncompliance with CMS and/or NYSDOH requirements. Assists in implementation of company-wide compliance initiatives, policies and procedures such as Conflict of Interest, Vendor Compliance Program, Compliance Training and Compliance Program Effectiveness.
Experience in one or more subjects related to Compliance Program delivery
Proficient in identifying Regulatory Deficiencies and Opportunities for Process Improvement
Knowledge of Federal and State Regulatory Compliance Programs
