
Workday Compensation Lead
We are looking for an experienced Workday Compensation Lead to join the HR team at Health Care Service Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of compensation plans for all HCSC workforce members. You must have a deep knowledge of compensation processes and systems, as well as exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you!The ideal candidate for this role has 5+ years of experience working with Workday and Compensation systems, an in-depth understanding of current trends and best practices in the field, and a proven ability to develop solutions for complex HR challenges. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement compensation plans for HCSC workforce members
- Utilize Workday and Compensation systems to develop solutions for complex HR challenges
- Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in the field of compensation
- Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of compensation plans
- Monitor and analyze data to identify potential areas of improvement
- Provide training and support to colleagues on compensation processes and systems
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
