
Sr Workforce Plan Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Sr Workforce Plan Analyst to join our team at Health Care Service Corporation. This individual will play a critical role in the development of workforce plans and effective utilization of personnel resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. The Sr Workforce Plan Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate and timely data-driven analysis and recommendations that support the organization’s strategic workforce needs.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in workforce planning, personnel resource utilization, or related field. In addition, proficiency in workforce analytics, workforce planning, and personnel resource utilization is essential. An understanding of the healthcare industry and applicable regulations is also desirable. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective workforce plans and personnel resource utilization strategies.
- Analyze current workforce data and provide accurate and timely data-driven analysis and recommendations to support the organization’s strategic workforce needs.
- Utilize workforce analytics and planning techniques to improve employee productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor personnel resource utilization and recommend changes to optimize performance.
- Analyze and interpret applicable regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure effective implementation of workforce plans.
- Evaluate, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of workforce plans and personnel resource utilization strategies.
- Remain current on industry best practices and trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
- Provide support and advice to management on workforce planning, personnel resource utilization, and other related matters.
