
Organizational Effectiveness Change Management Lead
Health Care Service Corporation is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Organizational Effectiveness Change Management Lead to join our dynamic team. This position requires a creative problem solver, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to ensure organizational changes are implemented effectively. The Organizational Effectiveness Change Management Lead will be responsible for directing and guiding the change management process with the ultimate goal of organizational effectiveness.We are looking for an individual who has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and at least five years of experience in organizational development, change management, and/or project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success leading and managing change initiatives, as well as a strong understanding of organizational dynamics. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of organizational change initiatives.
- Analyze and assess the impact of change initiatives on the organization and its employees.
- Identify potential areas of resistance and develop plans to address them.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Facilitate and coach change leadership and management.
- Provide communication and training support to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure progress and success of change initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of change initiatives with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational effectiveness.
