
Occupational Health Nurse
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse with a passion for health and wellness to join our team at Health Care Service Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality occupational health care and health promotion services to our employees.To be successful in this role, you should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and several years of experience in occupational health nursing, preferably in a corporate setting. You should also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and be knowledgeable of OSHA regulations. Responsibilities:
- Provide quality occupational health care and health promotion services to Health Care Service Corporation's employees.
- Develop and implement programs that will result in improved employee health and wellness.
- Remain knowledgeable of OSHA regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other health-related personnel to ensure optimal health care for employees.
- Educate employees on health and safety topics and provide advice and support on health-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and document all services provided.
- Monitor employee health trends and adjust strategies to improve the health and wellness of employees.
- Develop and implement health and wellness initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate wellness activities and events.
- Identify and address workplace health and safety hazards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Registered Nurse (Rn) License
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field
Occupational Health Nursing Certification
Knowledge Of Osha And Other Relevant Safety Regulations
Experience Administering Medical Tests And Treatments
Familiarity With Medical Terminology And Treatments
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team
