  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance for HCA Healthcare.
  2. Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including federal, state, and local taxes.
  3. Review financial statements and other relevant documents to identify potential tax savings opportunities and develop tax strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance and legal, to gather information and ensure accuracy of tax filings.
  5. Communicate with tax authorities and respond to tax inquiries or audits in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations and proactively make recommendations to improve tax processes and procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external tax advisors and consultants to obtain expert advice and support for complex tax matters.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support tax filings and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  9. Assist with financial reporting and budgeting processes to ensure tax implications are properly accounted for.
  10. Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the overall financial goals of HCA Healthcare.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Related Field.

  • Cpa (Certified Public Accountant) Certification.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Tax Accounting, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Tax Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
