  1. Conduct data analysis to identify staffing needs and patterns across the organization.
  2. Develop and implement staffing strategies to optimize workforce performance.

  10. Continuously assess and improve staffing processes and procedures.
  11. Train and educate staff on staffing optimization and data analysis techniques.
  12. Collaborate with other analysts and teams to share insights and best practices.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive staffing and employee data.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to staffing and data management.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline staffing processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Statistics, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Staffing Analysis, Workforce Planning, Or Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Manipulation Using Tools Such As Excel, Sql, And Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Staffing Regulations And Guidelines.
