Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Statistics, Human Resources, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Staffing Analysis, Workforce Planning, Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Manipulation Using Tools Such As Excel, Sql, And Tableau.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.
