Sr Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at HCA Healthcare. In this role, you will help manage clinical trials and studies, and will be responsible for the coordination of all clinical research activities for our organization. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of clinical research processes and protocols, and have at least 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the management of clinical trials and studies, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
2. Coordinate all clinical research activities throughout the organization, maintaining accurate records and documentation of all research protocols and activities.
3. Develop study protocols, data collection forms, and other documentation necessary for clinical research studies.
4. Monitor clinical trial progress, ensuring that study timelines and objectives are met.
5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, researchers, and sponsors.
6. Analyze data collected from clinical trials and studies and provide appropriate reporting.
7. Ensure all regulatory documentation is accurate and up to date.
8. Assist in the training and mentoring of junior research coordinators.
9. Maintain a high level of knowledge of relevant clinical research regulations and standards.
10. Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
