Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities:

1. Provide therapeutic services to clients in accordance with professional standards and ethics.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans for clients and their families.
3. Foster a supportive and therapeutic environment to help clients work through mental health and substance abuse issues.
4. Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
5. Monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
6. Document client progress and treatment plans in patient records.
7. Remain up to date on evidence-based best practices and current professional standards.
8. Participate in professional development opportunities.
9. Assist clients in accessing resources and services.
10. Maintain a valid license in the state of practice.
