Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Operations Management, Preferably In A Service Center Or Call Center Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage Large Teams And Drive Results.
