- Design and implement Unified Communications (UC) infrastructure for HCA Healthcare.
- Maintain and support existing UC infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies that improve patient care.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of UC systems, configurations, and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to UC infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in UC technology.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers in the team.
- Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with security team to ensure UC systems are compliant with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches.
- Provide training and support to end-users on UC systems and tools.
- Continuously evaluate and improve UC infrastructure to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for UC systems and provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders.
Extensive Experience With Designing, Implementing, And Managing Large-Scale Unified Communication Systems, Including Voip, Video Conferencing, And Messaging Platforms.
Strong Knowledge Of Networking Protocols And Technologies, Such As Tcp/Ip, Sip, And Mpls, And The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Network Issues.
Proficiency In Configuring And Supporting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Cucm), Unity Connection, And Contact Center Enterprise (Cce) Systems.
Experience With Integrating Unified Communication Systems With Other Enterprise Applications, Such As Microsoft Exchange And Active Directory.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Technical Guidance And Support To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
