Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Pharmacy Benefit Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Benefit Plans, Formulary Management, And Drug Utilization Review.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Clients And Stakeholders At All Levels.
