
Senior Org Development Consultant
HCA Healthcare is looking for a highly qualified Senior Organizational Development Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our executive leadership to identify, develop, and implement organizational development initiatives across our healthcare system. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that will help HCA Healthcare achieve our organizational objectives and foster a culture of learning and growth. We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in organizational development, as well as a passion for creating and implementing strategies that lead to positive change. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years' experience in organizational development and/or change management, a master's degree in a related field, and excellent communication skills. You should also have a strong understanding of organizational development principles and be able to think critically and analytically to solve problems. - Provide guidance and advice to leadership on organizational development initiatives.
- Develop training materials and programs to support organizational development objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
