- Lead a team of interface analysts and provide technical guidance and expertise.
- Design and implement new interfaces based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing interfaces to ensure smooth functioning and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct regular audits and tests to identify and resolve any interface issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in interface development to continuously improve processes.
- Provide training and support to team members and end-users on how to use and troubleshoot interfaces.
- Document interface specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on interface development.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Adhere to industry standards and compliance regulations while developing and maintaining interfaces.
- Participate in project planning and provide recommendations for interface-related tasks and timelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all interface-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Continuously monitor and ensure data security and integrity throughout the interface process.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Interface Analysis, Preferably In A Large Healthcare Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Protocols Such As Hl7, Edi, And Fhir.
Proficiency In Interface Engines And Data Mapping Tools, Such As Mirth, Cloverleaf, Or Rhapsody.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Interface Issues.
Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Lead And Coordinate Interface Projects Across Multiple Departments And Stakeholders.
