  1. Maintain and support all imaging systems within the healthcare organization.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with imaging systems.
  3. Optimize imaging systems for maximum efficiency and performance.
  4. Ensure the highest level of patient care by ensuring reliable and accurate imaging results.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.
  6. Train and educate staff on the proper use and functionality of imaging systems.
  7. Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to prevent downtime.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and make recommendations for system upgrades.
  9. Develop and maintain system documentation and guidelines for troubleshooting.
  10. Adhere to security and compliance regulations for protecting patient data.
  11. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service and support to all users of the imaging systems.
  13. Act as a liaison between the healthcare organization and external vendors for system maintenance and upgrades.
  14. Conduct regular audits to ensure imaging systems are operating at optimal levels.
  15. Take ownership of system projects and see them through from planning to implementation.
  16. Mentor and assist junior system administrators as needed.
  17. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including management and medical staff.
  18. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  19. Adhere to all policies and procedures set by the healthcare organization.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In System Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Expertise In Managing And Maintaining Medical Imaging Systems, Such As Pacs, Ris, And Dicom.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Networking, Storage, And Virtualization Technologies.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Issues And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
