  1. Develop and implement data security and access control strategies to ensure the protection of sensitive information and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct thorough analyses of complex systems and processes to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop effective solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  4. Design, configure, and maintain IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions to meet the organization's security and business objectives.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM processes and systems to proactively identify and address any issues or gaps.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in IAM and security to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders on IAM-related matters.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards, related to IAM processes and systems.
  9. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new IAM products and technologies to meet the organization's evolving needs.
  10. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage and troubleshoot IAM-related issues.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on IAM-related matters and provide training and support to other team members and stakeholders.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including non-technical stakeholders, to ensure understanding and alignment on IAM strategies and initiatives.
  14. Adhere to strict security protocols and practices to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's data and systems.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization's mission and values, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Systems And Technologies, Including Experience With Implementation, Configuration, And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Hipaa And Hitrust, And How They Relate To Iam Processes And Systems.

  • Proven Experience In Product Analysis, Including Gathering And Documenting Requirements, Creating Use Cases, And Conducting User Acceptance Testing.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, Including It, Security, Compliance, And Business Units.

  • Advanced Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Continuous Improvement Mindset And The Ability To Recommend And Implement Process And System Enhancements.
