  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of the organization.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address key HR challenges and opportunities.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on a variety of HR-related issues.
  4. Act as a champion for our company culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  5. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding.
  6. Conduct needs assessments and develop targeted solutions to address employee development and retention.
  7. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Stay current on industry best practices and trends in order to provide innovative and effective HR solutions.
  9. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
  10. Handle employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring fair and consistent treatment for all employees.
  11. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership on HR initiatives, progress, and results.
  12. Lead and/or participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  14. Mentor and develop junior HR team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
  15. Serve as a brand ambassador for HCA Healthcare, promoting our values and mission both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior-Level Hrbp Role.

  • Shrm-Scp Or Sphr Certification Preferred.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Business Acumen And Ability To Effectively Partner With Senior Leaders To Drive Business Objectives And Support Organizational Growth.
