- Mentor and train junior support analysts on the EHR system and best practices for providing customer service.

In-Depth Knowledge Of Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems: A Senior Ehr Support Analyst At Hca Healthcare Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Various Ehr Systems, Such As Epic, Cerner, Or Allscripts. This Includes Knowledge Of System Architecture, Workflows, And Data Management.
Experience In Ehr Implementation And Support: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Supporting Ehr Systems In A Healthcare Setting. This Includes Experience In System Upgrades, Troubleshooting, And Providing End-User Support.
