  1. Develop and implement educational programs for healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify training needs and develop targeted educational programs.
  3. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare education to continually improve and update training programs.
  4. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and technology to deliver effective and engaging training sessions.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to provide additional educational resources and opportunities.
  7. Manage and allocate resources to support the delivery of educational programs, including budget and staffing.
  8. Mentor and coach team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  9. Collaborate with senior leadership to align educational programs with organizational goals and objectives.
  10. Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
  11. Stay updated on relevant regulatory and compliance requirements related to healthcare education.
  12. Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events related to healthcare education.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders to promote and support educational initiatives.
  14. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to educational programs.
  15. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the progress and impact of educational programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Education Or Related Field, Such As A Master's Or Doctorate In Education Leadership Or Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Field Of Education, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team Of Educators, Including Creating And Implementing Training And Professional Development Programs.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Current Trends, Best Practices, And Regulations In Education, Specifically In Healthcare Settings.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments To Achieve Organizational Goals.
