  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical resource management across all hospitals within the organization.
  2. Oversee the allocation of clinical resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
  3. Collaborate with hospital leaders to identify and address resource gaps and implement solutions to improve patient care.
  4. Provide guidance and support to hospital leadership teams in developing and managing their clinical budgets.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to clinical resource utilization and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in clinical resource management and incorporate them into organizational strategies.
  7. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement among clinical and administrative staff to optimize resource utilization.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors and suppliers, to negotiate favorable contracts and pricing for clinical resources.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of clinical resource managers and provide opportunities for their professional development.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to clinical resource management.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to develop and implement organization-wide initiatives related to clinical resources.
  12. Act as a liaison between hospital leadership and the corporate office to communicate and implement organizational policies and procedures related to clinical resource management.
  13. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in clinical resource management.
  14. Represent the organization in professional conferences and events related to clinical resource management and healthcare operations.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of HCA Healthcare and promote a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Leadership Role, Preferably Within A Healthcare Organization.

  • Advanced Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Compliance, And Accreditation Standards.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Clinical Programs And Resources.
