  1. Analyze and interpret complex clinical data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  2. Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards to track and monitor key performance indicators related to patient care.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  4. Utilize advanced statistical techniques to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for enhancing patient outcomes.

  6. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of new clinical initiatives and protocols to improve patient care.
  8. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and data validation.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure alignment and consistency in data analysis and reporting.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical data and provide training and support to colleagues as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Or Clinical Informatics, With A Focus On Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Knowledge Of Clinical Workflows And Electronic Health Record Systems, Such As Cerner, Epic, Or Meditech.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Trends And Patterns.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Multidisciplinary Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
