Job Description

HCA Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst of Clinical Regulatory Strategy to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to clinical operations, as well as providing strategic guidance on regulatory issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare compliance and regulatory strategy, as well as exceptional analytical and communication skills.   1. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and guidelines, including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
  3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any potential compliance issues and provide strategic solutions to address them.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  5. Stay up-to-date on changes in healthcare regulations and communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Provide guidance and support to clinical staff to ensure they are following all regulatory requirements.
  7. Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure all internal policies and procedures are in line with current regulations.
  8. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on compliance and regulatory issues.
  10. Conduct investigations into any potential compliance violations and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare compliance and regulatory strategy and provide guidance to leadership on potential risks and opportunities.
  12. Communicate with external regulatory agencies as needed to address any compliance concerns or inquiries.
  13. Monitor and track any changes or updates to regulations and make necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
  14. Participate in regulatory audits and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and maintained.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a culture of compliance is maintained throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Regulatory Strategy Role Within The Healthcare Industry, Preferably With A Large Healthcare Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Federal And State Regulations, Guidelines, And Laws Related To Healthcare Compliance And Regulatory Affairs.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Regulatory Projects And Initiatives, Including Obtaining Necessary Approvals And Clearances From Regulatory Agencies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Apply Regulations And Guidelines To Develop Effective Compliance Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams, Regulatory Agencies, And External Stakeholders.
