Revenue Integrity Director

2. Train and mentor staff in coding, billing, and reimbursement practices.
3. Monitor coding, billing, and reimbursement activities to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Analyze revenue cycle performance and identify areas of improvement.
5. Design and implement processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency of revenue cycle operations.
6. Collaborate with departments throughout the organization to support optimal revenue cycle performance.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and payers.
8. Represent the organization at industry and organizational meetings.
9. Monitor and report financial performance and revenue integrity metrics.
10. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
