1. Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients in the rehabilitation unit.
2. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
3. Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
4. Help patients with mobility and transfer techniques as needed.
5. Work closely with the nursing staff to ensure all patient needs are met.
6. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, following all infection control and safety protocols.
7. Assist with the set-up and implementation of therapeutic activities for patients.
8. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
9. Maintain patient confidentiality and respect their privacy.
10. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.
11. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
12. Continuously strive to improve patient care and outcomes.
