Job Description

As a Project Director for Performance Improvement at HCA Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage the development and implementation of cutting-edge performance improvement initiatives. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, who can think strategically and act with a sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance improvement, preferably in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the development and implementation of cutting-edge performance improvement initiatives.
  2. Develop and manage project timelines to ensure successful completion and launch of projects.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  4. Analyze and assess performance improvement strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Monitor and evaluate performance improvement initiatives to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure initiatives remain relevant and effective.
  7. Prepare and present reports on progress and outcomes of performance improvement initiatives.
  8. Manage budgets and resources related to performance improvement initiatives.
  9. Develop and deliver effective training and educational materials related to performance improvement initiatives.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure initiatives are properly coordinated and implemented.
