- Provide compassionate and skilled care to women during their pregnancy and childbirth journey.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Work closely with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, screenings, and diagnostic tests to monitor the health and well-being of pregnant women.
- Educate and support patients and their families on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide other forms of treatment as needed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, including patient history, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in obstetrics to provide evidence-based care.
- Advocate for the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in on-call duties and respond to emergency situations as needed.

Current Certification As A Certified Nurse Midwife (Cnm) From The American Midwifery Certification Board (Amcb).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Cnm, With A Focus On Obstetrics And Gynecology.
Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals And Patients.
Ability To Work Independently And Make Critical Decisions In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
