We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal IT Change Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Principal IT Change Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing change within our IT department, ensuring that all changes are implemented efficiently and effectively.   1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive change management process for the IT department, ensuring that all changes are aligned with business objectives and IT strategy.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify, evaluate, and prioritize changes to IT systems, processes, and services.
  3. Communicate and educate all relevant parties on upcoming changes and their impact, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.
  4. Monitor and track all changes, identifying potential risks and issues, and proactively addressing them to minimize disruption to business operations.
  5. Lead and manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, facilitating discussions and decision-making related to change requests.
  6. Develop and maintain metrics and reporting on change management effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Work closely with project managers to ensure that changes are properly integrated into project plans and schedules.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in IT change management, and continuously improve the change management process.
  9. Train and mentor junior change management staff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and effective execution of change management activities.
  10. Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments to ensure all changes are aligned with business needs and priorities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Change Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Managing It Change Management Initiatives In A Large Organization, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry. This Experience Should Include Implementing Change Management Processes, Procedures, And Tools, As Well As Successfully Managing Complex It Projects.

  • Strong Knowledge Of It Service Management (Itsm) Practices: The Principal It Change Management Specialist Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Itsm Principles And Best Practices, Particularly In The Areas Of Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, And Release Management. They Should Also Be Familiar With Itil Framework And Its Application In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Member Of The It Leadership Team, The Principal It Change Management Specialist Must Have Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Project Teams, And End-Users. They Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Proven Leadership And Team Management Abilities: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Change Management Professionals In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. They Should Have The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members To Achieve Common Goals, As Well As Mentor And Develop Team Members To Enhance Their Skills And Capabilities.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Principal It Change Management Specialist Must Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Potential Risks, Determine The Impact Of Changes, And Develop Effective Mitigation Strategies. They Should Also Be Able To Analyze Data And Metrics To Identify Areas For Improvement And Drive Continuous Process Improvement Within The Change Management Function.
