Pharmacy Technician PRN

Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service to patients and other healthcare professionals • Assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions and providing medication information • Process prescriptions and insurance claims • Maintain inventory of medications and supplies • Prepare and label medications for dispensing • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries • Handle cash and credit card transactions • Ensure accuracy in data entry and calculations • Monitor drug expiration dates and dispose of expired medications • Assist with training of new employees • Comply with federal and state laws and regulations
