  1. Manage and analyze payment programs to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for healthcare services.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with payment program guidelines.
  3. Communicate effectively with internal and external parties regarding payment program inquiries and issues.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews of payment processes to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors.
  5. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of payment program regulations and updates.
  6. Monitor and track payment program metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  7. Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies related to payment programs.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on payment processes and provide training and support to team members.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of payment program data and reports.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks related to payment programs.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement best practices for payment program management.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and other stakeholders in regards to payment program inquiries and issues.
  13. Contribute to the overall success and growth of HCA Healthcare by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to payment programs and make recommendations for process improvements.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
