- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the patient access department
- Serve as a role model and provide guidance and support to staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for patients and their families
- Train new employees on department processes and procedures
- Monitor and report on department metrics and make recommendations for improvement

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Patient Access Or Revenue Cycle Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Verification And Authorization Processes.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.
Proficient In Electronic Medical Record Systems And Microsoft Office.
