  1. Develop and implement curriculum for nursing education programs at HCA Healthcare.
  2. Plan and deliver engaging lectures, practical demonstrations, and hands-on learning opportunities for students.
  3. Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and professional growth.
  4. Serve as a mentor and role model for students, demonstrating high standards of professionalism and ethical behavior.
  5. Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, faculty, and healthcare professionals in the community.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in nursing education, incorporating them into teaching methods and curriculum development.
  7. Collaborate with other faculty members to design and implement interdisciplinary learning experiences.
  8. Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and other activities to contribute to the overall success of the nursing education program.
  9. Support and uphold the mission, values, and policies of HCA Healthcare.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  11. Encourage and support students in their pursuit of academic and professional goals.
  12. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
  13. Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and administration regarding program updates, changes, and evaluations.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods and curriculum to ensure student success and program effectiveness.
  15. Adhere to ethical standards and professional codes of conduct in all aspects of the role.
  16. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current on industry best practices.
  17. Represent HCA Healthcare at professional conferences, events, and meetings as needed.
  18. Other duties as assigned by the administration.
