
Nurse Educator- Women's Services

- Develop and implement educational programs and training materials for the Women's Services department, focusing on women's healthcare and best practices for patient care.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to assess their learning and development needs and create individualized training plans.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate and update nurses on new procedures, technologies, and protocols.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all women's health-related questions and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, research, and advancements in women's healthcare to incorporate into training materials and programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Women's Services department.
- Provide guidance and support to nurses in handling complex and sensitive cases involving women's health.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for nurses, promoting a high standard of professionalism and compassionate patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of training and development activities and provide reports to management as needed.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes for new nursing staff, ensuring they receive proper training and orientation.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to nursing education and training.
- Continuously assess and improve patient satisfaction and outcomes through education and training initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the nursing staff and leadership, addressing any concerns or issues related to education and training.
Registered Nurse (Rn) Licensure In The State Of Practice.
Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience In Women's Services.
Previous Experience In Teaching And Education, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
