Job Description

At HCA Healthcare, we are always looking for innovative and talented professionals to join our team. We are currently searching for a Manager of Corporate and Executive Compensation. As a Manager, you will play a critical role in the development and administration of the corporate and executive compensation programs and be responsible for ensuring that our compensation policies are competitive and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with at least seven years of compensation experience, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting. In addition, you must have a deep understanding of legal, regulatory, and tax issues related to executive compensation and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. As the Manager of Corporate and Executive Compensation at HCA Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with talented team members in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and administer corporate and executive compensation programs in line with laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct comprehensive analysis of competitive compensation programs.
  3. Monitor legal, regulatory, and tax issues related to executive compensation and ensure compliance.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, such as Human Resources, Finance, and Legal departments.
  5. Create and present reports on compensation programs and related issues to senior management.
  6. Analyze data and develop recommendations to improve executive compensation programs.
  7. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to executive compensation.
  8. Remain up-to-date on changes in legislation and best practices related to executive compensation.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors to provide services related to executive compensation.
  10. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to executive compensation.
