- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs that align with HCA Healthcare's mission and support the well-being and satisfaction of employees
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration to continuously improve and enhance our offerings
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the benefits department, including managing a team of benefits specialists and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of employee benefits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, finance, and legal, to ensure compliance with all benefits-related laws and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy and integrity of benefits data and processes
- Lead open enrollment processes and communicate effectively with employees to educate them on benefits options and changes
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with benefits vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service for our employees
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and third-party administrators
- Track and analyze benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements or changes to our benefits offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing any questions or concerns related to benefits in a timely and professional manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Aca, And Hipaa.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Benefit Information To Employees.
Prior Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing The Day-To-Day Operations Of A Benefits Department.
