HCA Healthcare is seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health Finance and Operations to join our team.   1. Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the financial outcomes of behavioral health services within the organization.
  2. Oversee the financial operations for all behavioral health facilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve the quality of care and reduce costs.
  4. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue growth opportunities.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare finance and regulations related to behavioral health services.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external vendors.
  7. Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the department.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in behavioral health finance and operations.
  9. Implement and maintain financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Identify and mitigate potential financial risks and develop contingency plans.
  11. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to behavioral health services.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the behavioral health finance and operations department.
  14. Ensure the highest level of accuracy and integrity in all financial operations.
  15. Act as a liaison between the behavioral health department and other departments within the organization to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
